Stainless Steel Sintered Wire Mesh

Stainless steel sintered wire mesh is overlapped in all kinds of form with several sheets of diffferent filter rating of stainless steel wire cloth. They are sintered together through sintering, compression and rolling with vacuum furnace and rolling machine. It may be classified into type A, type B, type C and type D sintered wire mesh according to the combination. Stainless steel sintered wire mesh has the advantages of excellent filter rating, high mechanical strength, excellent resistance to corrosion and easy to process.

Application
We can process the four kinds of sintered wire mesh into various filter elements, the finished products can be used in different areas
Cylindrical Filter Element
Widely used in filtration of petrifation, polyester, medicine, water treatment, food and beverage, the min diameter can process to 10mm, the highest filter rating can achieve to 1micron. The specification and the way of jiont are available at the customer's request.
Disc Filter
Mainly used in dry and filteration of medicinal powder in pharmaceutics. The max diameter can achieve to 3000mm. It can be processed into separated one or entirety type.
Filter Fitting
Mainly used in obtaining the medicine particles in the dry air, to reduce medicine loss and air pollution. Double cylinder structure to increase the filtration area to the greatest extent.

Air fluid plate
Also named air magnifier\air boiled plate. Mainly used in power plate for get rid of the durst and reclaim of the powder of ash. Filter rating and specification can be ordered as costumers requirements.

Filter cloth pack
It has the application in membrane and plastic, the filter rating and specification can be ordered as customer's requirement.

Basket filter equipment
It can wildly apply to food\beverage and water treatment. Because of the sintered plant with the aperture plant as inner support can make it high intention, easy to back washing.

Conical strainer
Can be mostly used in chemical\pharmacy and beverage. As the characteristic of the filter element, the medium can get best separation and filtration.
Type A Sintered Wire Mesh
Summary
It is one standard combination 5-layer sintered wire mesh for the widest application. 5-layer different useless wire mesh made from stainless steel are brought together as per the different combination. This filter mesh is that perforated metal and several layers of wire mesh are sintered together. As the support of the perforated metal, this sintered wire mesh has the higher resistance to pressure and mechanical strength. Mainly used in water treatment\dust removing\pharmaceutics\polymer industry\food and beverage, ect. It can be produced into filters in the type of barrel\disc\plate. The thickness and the layers of the perforated metal can be produced according to customer's requirement.

Type D Sintered Wire Mesh
Summary
This mesh is that two or there layers of plain woven Dutch woven are brought together. They are sintered together through vacuum sinter and rolling and made into a kind of sintered wire mesh. It has the characters of the holes set regularly setted pores and good permeability. Mainly used in filtration of air\dust delivery\muffle\drying and cooling, ect.
